Elizabeth & Joe’s Birmingham Wedding | Vulcan Museum | Kendal Perry
Hello sweet friends!
I couldn’t be happier to share Elizabeth & Joe’s beautiful wedding at Vulcan Museum in Birmingham with you today. Elizabeth and I met several years ago and always kept in touch. Over the last 7 months of planning her wedding, we learned way more about each other than we ever thought we could! We had too much fun creating her design plan and finding the perfect vendors to make our plan come to life.
When she showed me what she was envisioning on her wedding day, I knew Alex & Sara Lucas with AL Weddings would be the perfect photographers to capture her special moments. Elizabeth had a beautiful vision for her bouquet, arbor, and guest table designs and we knew Mandy with Hot House would be the best match! We hired the perfect team to make everything she hoped for become her reality.
On their wedding day, the weather was absolutely perfect. We were slightly nervous about it being too hot but the breeze on the terrance at Vulcan was amazing! I absolutely loved spending the day with this beautiful couple and their sweet friends and family. Elizabeth was a vision on her wedding day, seriously made to be a bride! When I went to visit the girls at the hotel, they all were so beautiful and I could see just how much each one of them loved Elizabeth & Joe. During the ceremony, their adorable pup, Willis, stole the show just a bit as he was the ring bearer. After the ceremony it was some time for fun! Elevated Entertainment got the dance floor packed and everyone had a wonderful time! At the end of the night Elizabeth told me she wanted to stay longer and didn’t want to leave quite yet, so that’s exactly what we did! Guests came up stairs on the terrance to watch Vulcan be lit up in her wedding colors and the party stayed outside until Elizabeth & Joe headed to the Grand Bohemian.
Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Kilgore!
