Well friends, today I want to chat about the unforgettable time we are living in and how it has affected my precious clients, their families and their friends. So, Dear Covid Brides – I know this isn’t easy and I know this isn’t what you’ve pictured your engagement season to look like all of these years. But here we are, trying to fight through the uncertain and rapidly changing world we are living in today. 

First, I want to say I’m proud of each and every one of you for holding it together although your plans keep changing. You are doing all that you can to protect yourself and your loved ones while still moving forward with marrying the love of your life. We all know this time in your life is already stressful, with meetings, decisions, purchases, etc. but then we add a pandemic into the mix and it simply isn’t fair. You are now faced with the decision to postpone your beautifully planned wedding day or continue to wed during this pandemic. I want you all to know that I don’t expect you to know the “right” answer and I don’t expect you to make this decision easily.

Over the past few months, I’ve received countless calls from my “Covid” brides where I can hear the disappointment and sadness in their voice. It hurts my heart so badly because all I want to do is help, yet I’m uncertain of what to do next too. I see that this decision is very difficult, I know you are constantly asked what you are going to do from friends and family members and I hate so badly you have to face those decisions. 

I love you all and I see you doing all that you can to make your guests feel safe and abiding by the rules yet not changing the biggest day of your life.  I stand with you and know you are making the right decision.
